The RM2-500 is a robust, easy to operate minimum maintenance resuscitator. Consisting of a lightweight resuscitator head connected to two medical oxygen cylinders fitted with regulator valves via a twin medical oxygen hose assembly.

The whole system with its mask, airway and instructions card is packed into a purpose - designed patient harness which when fitted to the casualty leaves the medical team hands free to assist in the evacuation of the casualty.

The RM2-500 Resuscitator incorporates two medical oxygen cylinders that have the advantage of permitting an extended transit time for the casualty. This is particularly useful in certain marine applications where immediate evacuation may not be possible due to the need to prevent further casualties.
